Most interesting thing I've learned recently: The neurons activated in the recall of a memory are likely the ones that fired when the event originally occurred. So when you talk about reliving old memories, you actually are, because the brain is doing the exact same thing it did the first time.
In 2010, I'm most looking forward to... I'm looking forward to a great year filled with lots of time spent with family and friends, learning as much as I can as the communication world changes before our eyes, and continuing to explore the world as a brainwooer.
My favorite memory from the last decade is... It's been an exciting decade! I have lots of great memories from college, and from starting my career in public relations. However, my favorite memories are having my whole family together, specifically at my sister's wedding (2007) and my brother's wedding (2009).
