Most interesting thing I've learned recently: To be aware of
your breathing. Most adults are shallow breathers. Breath, like food,
nourishes every cell and cleanses our blood. So, take a deep
breath...it's good for you.
In 2010, I am most looking forward to: An economic rebound to
help the rising unemployment rate. Concepting and creating great
marketing ideas that our clients, and myself, will be proud of. To feel
and be better at everything I do. Reaching personal goals that I never
thought were possible. Lastly, my kids birthdays, the smell of
springtime, summer vacations at the beach, impromptu grilling and
backyard fellowship with my neighbors.
My favorite memory of the last decade: In December of 2002, meeting my wife, companion, best friend, life partner.
