AAF Webinar Review: "Turning Silver into Gold"
The other day, several brainwooers participated in a webinar that discussed insights into the growing Baby Boomer generation and the best ways to reach them. The webinar was based on the book Turning Silver into Gold: How to Profit in the New Boomer Marketplace by Dr. Mary S. Furlong.
There were several interesting facts that marketers seem to overlook when trying to reach this market. With a little more understanding of this audience, marketers should be able to creatively reach them where they already are.

Lending a Hand at Porter-Leath

Earlier this week, several brainwooers spent the morning lending a helping hand to the folks who work at Porter-Leath in downtown Memphis. In case you're not familiar with this great organization, here's a little information about them.
For more than 150 years, Porter-Leath has served at-risk children and families in Memphis, Tenn. They help the community by providing several programs to teach and strengthen today's children, so they become successful and strong adults tomorrow. This amazing non-profit organization helps everyone from the young to the old through the variety of programs that they offer.
